- Platform and version if you know it (PrestaShop, WordPress, Shopify).
- The problem or goal: sales, speed, errors, SEO, new build.
- Screenshots or the exact error text if something is broken.
If the store does not load, does not charge or checkout is down, write URGENT on WhatsApp.
I usually reply the same working day on WhatsApp. Email can take longer. Technical quotes are confirmed in writing.
