Custom PrestaShop modules for requirements off-the-shelf tools cannot meet

I design modules around a defined business rule or integration, using PrestaShop hooks and services while limiting unnecessary core changes.

01

Suitable custom module work

A custom module is appropriate when the requirement is stable, valuable and not safely covered by configuration or an established module.

  • Order and catalogue automation
  • External API and ERP connections
  • Back-office tools and scheduled processes
  • Checkout and customer workflow extensions
02

Maintainability is part of the scope

The target PrestaShop and PHP versions, data model, permissions, failure handling and upgrade implications are defined before implementation. Delivery includes the agreed source and configuration guidance.

03

Estimated from a technical specification

I can help turn an operational need into a testable specification, then provide an estimate or deliver discovery at €30/hour + VAT where applicable.

Frequently asked questions

Useful answers before we start

Will I own the custom module?

Ownership and any reusable components are stated in the proposal. Client-specific source is normally delivered as part of the agreed work.

Can you modify a third-party module?

Sometimes, but vendor licensing, update safety and code quality must be reviewed first. An extension may be safer than editing vendor files.

Do you support the module after launch?

Yes. A warranty or maintenance arrangement can be included according to the scope and dependencies.
