Ownership is stated in the proposal. Client-specific source is normally delivered with the agreed work.
Can you modify a paid module?
Sometimes, after reviewing licence and update risk. An add-on is often safer than editing vendor files.
How are modules quoted?
From a written specification. Unclear needs can start as paid discovery at €30/hour + VAT where applicable.
